In this 75-minute treatment, your therapist will select an aromatic oil according to your concerns, be they muscle pain or the need for stress relief, relaxation or emotional balance.

The treatment begins with a cleansing salt scrub to exfoliate and invigorate the skin, preparing it to release toxins. This is followed by a flowing deep tissue massage that works deeper and deeper into tension, encouraging optimum circulation. As effective as an hour’s stretching, but so much more nurturing!
